My goggles arrived today!! i was so excited to try them out.. then I noticed the app had ZERO review.. that's odd I thought. after loading the app I read the Terms Of Service. HOLY COW. trying to return the goggles today. the TOS is crazy, and no way I'm going to agree to be loyal to the rules of another country or agree to limit the 1st amendment rights in my own country. one TINY part of the TOS follows.. NOTE: "the Constitution" in the following content refers to the CHINESE constitution. "Do not create, transmit, or publish the following illegal information or materials that: Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution; incite resistance and undermine the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and regulations; endanger national security, divulge state secrets, subvert state power, undermine national unity, or threaten to overthrow the socialist system; impair state honor or interests; distort, deface, blaspheme, deny the deeds and spirit of heroic martyrs, infringe on the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroic martyrs, or advocate or incite terrorism, extremism, and related activities; incite ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermine ethnic unity; break the state's religious policies or promote cults or feudal superstitions; spread rumors in order to disturb economic and social order; disseminate obscenity, pornography, violence, or instigate crimes; insult or slander others, or infringe upon others’ reputations, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests; and other matters prohibited by law and administrative regulations."
