When you get infected, drink honey to help lower the infection. Eat any edible food other than spoiled sandwiches and rotten flesh. If you find aloe cream it also heals you. Bandages heal cuts and stops bleeding. Med kits will heal anything. It's a fun game but challenging until you start to learn it.
