Instead of being distracted by a phone , you're fully engaged in the activity-paying attention to your surroundings, the road, and your body movements. It helps you disconnect from screens and being mindful in the real world. Thanks for your question 👍

As a former sex addict I can say this definitely works!! Exercise also has the added benefit of maling you fit.....& dancing is the most joyful form of exercise. I am into technodance & sometimes join the crowd at the dance clubs, where some of the younger people often ask me how I have so much energy & vigor at sixty one. We also have Ecstatic Dance sessions in Goa & that's actually meditation in motion. I practise yoga/pranayama & vipassana meditation too......& life has never been better! And, best of all, I don't need drugs/alcohol anymore! I went thru eighteen horrendous years of serious addictions, including hard drugs, that utterly ruined my health - physical & mental, taking me to the doors of agonizing death with serious ailments, but I have now learned to 'get high on my own supply' using all of the techniques mentioned in this video, & am also largely vegan, which has not only improved my physical health but has also made my mind lighter.
