I lived in the Minoh campus dorm (1-gokan) and it's nothing compared to Toyonaka's, but it was still comfortable and a great experience

I think it's not so necessary, if you are an exchange student, who is studying in English But I would recommend so, cause you will live there for a long period (6 months-more)
