Its a scam so stair case option is given after 6 years somit means for almost 18 years you are paying rent ground net service charge.

Very useful and great speaker. Would be good to know exactly how it works with snags, defects, responsibility of management company/Housing association for these things and guarantee of appliances and overall upkeep of the property and building

I’ve tried calling and making enquiries regarding your rentals in Acton, I’ve been hung up on and not has emails replied to. Not a great Start, Considering what’s being said in this video. Quite contrasting to the service I’ve received trying to enquire. Thus far.
