Congrats shwetha! We also bought a home and its in construction drywall stage now ! Our plan is also high ceiling ..looks similar 😀beautiful layout ! Even our living sft is similar except we have a basement too ..😀yes I can understand the grill we had to go through for design selections and structural upgrades , I can feel you , it’s a process..we are also in the same boat..! We will close in 2 months so both excited and nervous too!
