I should take the course to get my first bike. Just a hassle the whole process with the legal part to riding legally on the roads. Seems like cops love to target riders no matter what

Either way take the MSF, it’ll help develop good habits off the bat and you’ll have a predisposition to slow speed maneuvers and better clutch control. Where I’m from an MSF course gets you an automatic licensing ability. Worth every penny.

ALWAys take extra precaution when thinking about bikes, your skill and training may just save your life a few times from comfort cubes. a couple hundred bucks for knowledge on how to potentially save my life is a deal every time.

@keithstone6411 unfortunately I don't have the time. In my area it's all day 2 days in a row. I'm a caregiver to my wife and I can't be gone longer than 3 hours at a time. Those courses run long from what I'm understanding

Speaking about mirrors I actually got the nice cnc arrow flip mirror kit which are based on the rottweiler crg arrow kit for 65 bucks shipped.. should be basically the same as the crg’s

Cool vid! I have the GasGas SM700 and i’m thinking about getting these mirrors and that seat in the low version.. What’d you end up thinking about the mirrors and the seat? Do the mirrors vibrate a lot? Is the seat worth the money?

If there were a ton of options on the market for seats id say hell now the seat is not worth it. But considering there isnt yeah it was worth it to me. Not amazing but better than stock. Definitely sit WAY higher on this model i got the wide version. The mirrors vibrate at anything more than 40mph but id you pull the clutch in for a sec they clear up perfectly

thank you! yes if you are going new look into a kawasaki klx300 or used look for a drz or a honda crf250l. cant really go wrong with any of the jap dual sports.
