I really loved watching this. It is very true that people that stay fit, stay happy. I would love to be able to teach yoga and aqua arobics or swimming or something similar one day. For me, to be part of a group of like minded people that can encourage and motivate each other and have a laugh together is so important. Watching this has given me the inspiration I needed to start my yoga practice journey TODAY well tomorrow morning actually since I am in bed now ;) THANKYOU 🤎

Im 46. A year ago I started weight training they asked me what was my goal I said I wanted to be 80 and do everything I do today from the simplest task such as getting up from the toilet to the more challenging ones. They all laughed. My goal is still the same. 😂Thank you for this documentary put a smile on my face. PS My mother is 82 very healthy and independent.

This looks great, will definitely try to see it. At 59, I’m not as fit as the folks in the trailer, but I’d like to get there by their age. Exercise has never been a favorite of mine, except for short periods. I’m always looking for some motivation to keep at it.

Great first testimonial, although I did the opposite, moving from B.C. to Quebec back in the 80s and still happy here, having built a life with 4 kids (youngest is only 9). Turning 67 this year, and now training for 4th full Ironman in Ottawa (after Tremblant, Whistler* and Copenhagen) and 15th triathlon. Anything really IS possible. *appreciate the views as I skied there for 20 years! Let’s have a beer at the Longhorn when I am back!

Well I just retired and I have been doing yoga for 25 years. And I just discovered indoor rock climbing 2 months ago. OMG !!I'm in love. Also started Tai-Chi. Filling up my calendar with activities .

When on my morning runs people I’d encounter started saying that I was an inspiration, that’s when I knew I was officially “old,” never mind the calendar. But I guess an inspiration is better than an expiration 😊

This documentary needs way more views than what many fitness influencers get. I'm in my 40s and I realize I'm much lazier than all these wonderful people here.

Wow wow! What a beautiful, amazing, and motivational documentary. I am so happy I ran into it. I am 58 and extremely sedentary giving in to illness and aches and pains all the time and my diet is a complete mess. This has inspired me to take small steps in each area. Congratulations to all of the participants and thank you for allowing us to see that there is hope for the rest of us. God bless each of you and keep you healthy and strong.

So nice to hear about your parents and sweet to hear how they have been over the years. May God bless you ..I've watched so many " near death experiences" on you tube that I am like the doubting Thomas, now totally convinced about life after death. I wished I'd talked to both my parents when they were in hospital/ hospice and we're in that sleep mode/ partly from meds before passing. I think at that stage they were probably out if their bodies and just watching over us . There are some very comforting testimonials about near death experiences . Take care , sue
