In church ofGod and Christ they still do that same thing and they been existence for almost 200 years so I understand why you said church ain’t like the way used to be. It is in church and God in Christ.

I , too remember these days of marching in to church ⛪️ on Sunday morning singing We’ve Come This Far by Faith. I loved that time. Praising God & thanking Him for our Blessings!! To God Be The Glory Amen.
