I just found them at Ross for $55 Have not worn yet. I have trouble believing they are faster than AlphaFly. I got them at Marshalls for $80 last year. Those things do all the running for you. It's like impossible to go slow.

I know this review is old but, I'll post this question anyhow. Does anyone know if this watch can be set up so the heart rate monitor stays on the screen. It's frustrating that I have to keep pushing the button to see my BPM. The only reason I even have this watch is to monitor my BPM during workouts. Thanks in advance.

Beautiful review Jordan..I noticed there was more room as usual with Nikes I have to go up a half a size. These were true to size for the most part but I wish the laces were longer to get that last lace through the ankle area. I don't understand why Nike makes small laces

I’m a tennis, basketball and cycling guy, not a huge runner, but this is an amazing shoe! Perhaps the lightest and most breathable athletic shoe I’ve ever worn. This is my second version and the best change that I’ve found was the added arch support. Beyond that it is an incredibly beautiful and functional shoe! Even if you’re not an athlete you will enjoy just wearing it around town. If my parents were still alive I’d buy it for them. ❤️

Good advice. The hard part on cold days is (1) getting out the door. (2) completing the first mile. After that, it's OK.

Yeah i think that's what he meant, if you run a 93 second 400m that equates to 3min 52sec per km, so a little bit under your goal 5k pace of 4min flat
