Great episode! Love how tony us using game strategy or principles in managing people and handling business! I can say it's pretty much the same since the key in most RPG or strategy games is managing resources and assets!

Love the logic behind your approach Steve. Rather than being on autopilot and just sending surveys because C level says to… as you say, it’s about having the resources assigned and the ‘system’ to take action and drive change..it’s not about the score it’s about the feedback and what you do with it!
