I have an issue on iPhone 14 Pro Max focusing underwater with red filter when shooting at 60 FPS. It often focuses on particles in the water instead of the subject but at 30 FPS it’s more precise so it could be a software lag.

Yes, you could be attached on the camera housing ,but you have to use the other part control.

I forgot to remove the screen protecter of the iphone 15 pro max and put it into the housing. It's stucked in it obviously... I tried to insert the paper between the phone and the housing like in the video, but it's not possilbe to insert the whole paper into it and can't take the phone out either. Tried to call the number in video and no one answer. Is anyone know how to solve this problem?

@@divevolkdivingassistant2056 I did contact your aftersales 22.August, so far almost three weeks later, no response. Great service. So, might have damaged the brand new divevolk :/ Atleast the plastic piece that goes inside is completely cracked and broken after the operation of getting the phone out. The glue holding the screen has atleast been strained alot.

This is kind of harsh though: "When you accidentally place your phone with a glass screen protector into the SeaTouch 4 MAX underwater full touchscreen housing without noticing the need to read the instructions first" I watched the video you have on youtube like it says on the plastic insert, but you're right, i didn't finish reading the instructions. Maybe it would be better to the warning in another place besides just the manual.

I’m SO disappointed in these videos. I was so excited to unbox my DiveVolk and learn how to properly use it only to find these videos are horrible. They are WAY too fast, the music makes me feel like a lunatic because I’ve had to rewind so many times. Absolute garbage.

This product needs to be redesigned. It is too clunky to use underwater. The thumbscrews are either too tight or loose. It needs to be a simple cover like a GoPro or a slide in/out of the way.

hi, just want to share my experience using Divevolk. Unfortunately there is no side button toggle or any other button on the case. thats why you have to switch on the "Rise to wake" or "knock screen to wake" function on ur phone setting in order to Waking Up your phone screen.

To prevent foggy, you can install everything in your room before go out. The touchscreen membrane allows you to access all phone function on land so you won't need to take the phone out even between 2 dives. The foggy issue mostly cazued by the moist air on the sea surface and if you the the phone out when your hand is wet.

In the space between the case and the dome, is it supposed to be air or water? When I leave it as air, condensation/fogging occurs in that area, obscuring the phone camera. Also, if water gets into the small rubber o-ring, when mounting, the ring is compressed and water squeezed out, which is probably the source of the moisture for the fogging.

Hi Cloudy, for the wide angle video, we just use a orange filter to restore the color. For the Macro one, we used a dive light.
