Naples Florida on Collier Blvd on the road to the Jolley Bridge and Marco Island. Owner owned. Well managed by elected directors. Very active "Activity Committee." Heavily occupied now Nov -May. About 50 year round residents. About hslf the 530 sites now have double wide park models; either 900 sq ft or 1400 sq ft plus porches. Paved sudewalks. 3 pools. 2 clubhouses. More.

Where are the casitas? Looks like a beautiful place that was designed by someone who has never had a private coach bus. The casita is why you would want to buy such an RV site, to have a bedroom and a full bath for your guests.
