Eco not work at Dry Mode. Dry mode have less electricity then cool mode. (not ECO)

I purchased this machine a week ago, 100 percent dryer doesnt work even after 3 and half hour cycle. After complaining Haier Technician told that i need to put the cloths in dryer option again which again takes more than 3 hours. Does it work this way ??

10.5 kg washer dryer is taking too long to complete cycle. Almost around 4-5 hrs. But it shows 3 hrs actually takes more than the time displays. Is this normal?

@@nibeditachoudhury310 it's depends on type of laundry and quantity. Better to use upto 5kg for dry. Also follow steps guide here. The driver available like LG, IFB also take 4 to 5 hour only to dry laundries.
