This was "neon scenery with people who ain't gonna do stuff". Really, at least 4 5th of it was literally just that. 4 ripping of john wick, it's quite a feat to miss out onwhat's the core element of these films is.

That was really great work. Phenomenal story line. I'm looking in to doing some Machinima. If you don't mind me asking. How long did that take you to piece together. Looking forward to seeing more from you. I have been inspired.

The amount of work put into this is incredible i love the grainy, retro vibe look of the movie the switch between the characters robbing vanilla unicorn to the inside was phenomenal

Hi VZ Cinema, thank you for your entry in #Machinimay2023, it makes me really happy to have enthusiastic fans that love machinima as much as I do! Unfortunately, you did not make it into the top 5 contestants, nonetheless I would like to review your video in short - as promised! - first of all I loved the grainy look of the film and the intro was absolutely great with the switch between party and coma from drinking too much - the futuristic setting and the lighting are super well executed, unique visual style and a brave choice - personally I would have just toned down the flickering and shaking a little bit because it gets straining on the eyes over time - soundtrack was just amazing, thicc and reminded me a lot of Hotline Miami, thats possibly also the style you were going for I assume - you had some very cool characters in there and it felt convincingly like human interactions between them, remarkably when the pimp took the girls money and despicably looked at her, that one stood out - very good use of animations through the entire movie, a lot of task sequences going on for simultaneous action - you made good use of the dolly zoom effect - the story setup was simplistic, a classic heist short movie, but I like how you added some twists and betrayal into it, making the femme fatale stand out through the film - overall it felt like one long music video because the tracks dominated all the action I think there is not much to improve in your video by itself and I can totally see that people would have loved to see it at least in the top 5, however the storyline was just not as intriguing and captivating to me. whanowa over

I can only agree with @icygaming20 !! I have a couple questions if you don't mind : Is that a synced animation ? Otherwise how was it done ? catching the bag and handing gun at 11:21 Also did you add some rain as VFX in the first bits or do you have a rain mod ?? Great video anyways, well done 😉

It’s a synced animation :) Also the rain was some vfx clips I downloaded from footagecrate! I changed the styles of rain depending on the camera work.
