*@Franklin Chou.* People cough, some make noise, but the sound engineers need to improve a bit and capture only the sound from the orchestra.

This is one of those performances that keep you on the edge of your seat. Amazing! Consider this is Vienna, think alla breve, and it is certainly not too fast. The writing absolutely demands the half note as the beat unit.
