One of the biggest issues for safety is DRIVERS need to understand the LAW. PEDESTRIANS have the RIGHT OF WAY. Too many folks from NY and NJ driving like lunatics and ignoring the LAW. Church Street has a SPEED limit, as does MAIN Street. Obey the law. That would be a really good start.
