Very religious start. Let's listen to Dona Nobis Pacem record of Thijs. But did he really found forgiveness and did he repent if his sins? It's getting time before he meets Jesus in heaven when Thijs dies. Too late just to be religious. Only followers of Jesus will stay in heaven. Others have to leave. They can't stay because they cannot accept the sanctified way of life there.

Pena que apenas Thijs Van Leer e Pierre Van der Linden sobraram da formação mais clássica. Jan Akkerman saiu de vez em 1990, o baixista Bert Ruiter, falecido em 2022 saiu da banda em 1978, voltando em 97 e saindo de vez em 98.

My band Holding Pattern was booked with Focus to play Cascais Prog Festival in Portugal on our last tour but the Festival was canceled last minute. Was really looking forward to meeting Van Leer❤

Without Jan Akkerman the soulful sound had vanished. Still a proper rockband maybe,but not for me personally. Maybe its me. I don't get warm with this line up. Worse...it leaves me kind of sad,even if i adore Thjis and his talent,as well i respect the drummers skills.😢

Best rock group in regia ex Yu. Best guitarist. I saw him alive abaut 2000 with Macedonian guitar virtuoso Vlatko Stefanovski in Zadar's Arsenal club. Wonderfool koncert.
