For example - 18% children - there are zero child barristers - a clear case of bigotry and discrimination! 18% of barristers should be under 18 years of age! I will not hold my breath! Inclusion - the law, especially the bar, has very stringent academic standards and requirements - that only a tiny portion of the population can attain - the other 99.9% of the population are excluded from the bar - how very inclusive! Equity - this is amply demonstrated by the family courts and prisons. Here the legal system is heavily biased towards women and against men! At every stage in the family courts women are preferenced. Eg domestic violence orders - granted with zero evidential requirements, often without the accused being knowing about or able to challenge the accusation. Prison 97% male, men are given 160% of the sentences that women receive. Tgen there is the inequality in prison rape - women are protected by segregation away from men, male prisoners are not - despite the men having a bright of equal protection! DEI had a religion and has no part in public organisations!

Spot on about ramifications of representing people who seek to recover legitimate sex-based rights. Confusing not clarifying. I doubt disparities between fees and ability of client to pay are not part of the equity/ equality and inclusion push. The end-point is diversity-hires, ie people in posts they are not qualified for, the imposition of a template of Queer Theory over every activity of an Organisation, and a culture of lack of freedom of speech, and an attempt to clone thought, with the threat of losing one's job, losing one's career, and defamation - commonly known as 'cancellation'. Harassment can be tackled without introducing DEI. Equality is also under the law so we don't need to introduce DEI. What does it mean to be inclusive? Does it only mean inclusive of LGBT, but can exclude other parties? Barristers should be employed by merit.

They told us that Critical Race Theory was an academic legal theory which isn't implemented in courtrooms or classrooms. Representation to mirror demographics is Race Marxism, it also assumes black state equal inputs, we arent. We can't even get equality of outcomes in identical twins raised in the same home.
