I actually used the "I'm not allowed to gamble vegas casinos" line on someone and they're like "really?" In a voice that was like "wow this kid is that good?" And then I went "yeah it's because I'm not old enough" Perks of being a young magician lol.

Some of those aren't fair. We *need* to say "do me a favor and sign this card." But I thought of a few more annoying ones: -"Does anyone know a good magic word? Have a banana?" -"That wasn't your card? Oh, well I have this other deck here with only one face-down card in it..." -"Hold out your hand. (Kisses it.) Do you have dogs?" -"My fingers have never left my hands." -"Out of every audience I've ever had, you were the most recent."

As much as I agree to the hack lines, there's also a lot of magicians out there doing stock tricks the same way everyone else is doing them... ie: doves, candles, tube zag, instant magician, the old mixer-to-the-head mind-reading trick, etc.
