I recently watched Missing You on Netflix. I enjoyed it so much that I looked up the author and found a ton of audiobooks from him. This one is the first of many that I plan to listen to. He definitely has me as a fan.

About past 15 years, I read all of Harlan Coban. But this is terribly done. Sure he rich enough and have a say in what go out to his listeners.?? The second one I stopped after a hardtrying hour

My main complaint with this author & narrator is that they wreak havoc on my insomnia!! I could elaborate on how they also do a number on my socializing, but I don't have time to further comment as I need to scroll around to find their next masterpiece! For clarity sake- everything was outstanding on every level. A wild ride as always. Thanks for sharing!

I do not care for the prolix writing of Neal Stephenson, but this is worth listening to for the superb reading of Malcolm Hillgartner, who performs all the voices miraculously. Of all the familiar actors in Hollywood, how many can assume different personae so perfectly? Perhaps Meryl Streep, but all the rest appear as themselves, over and over. Mr. Hillgartneris a real actor, who can bring each character to life. He is a real artist.

why do some Americans sound like robots.. has an actors voice been stolen and used by an AI generated voice approximation?

I don't think American writers can write any quality novel ! All are like Hollywoody cinematic plot and style ! Narrated nicely though. 🤔😄-bmd

Well this author is a best seller and has more books turned into movies than most.. so maybe this is not the genre you prefer.. because the product is mostly excellent..though haven’t listened to this one yet and will definitely state if I am wrong..

Harlan Coben always touches on perfection. In this genre, Coben rules! As always, Steven Weber brings the characters and the angst to life.
