I love this! here is a little tip: hot showers of corse feel nice but when you have it Luke warm or even a little bit cold water are way better for you, cause hot water can make your ends dry and split, also your nails can be soft and easily broken, damaged and sensitive, it also increases your acne to worsen and leave your skin red and irritated. whereas cold water or Luke warm, it may seem really cold at first but your body will slowly get used to it, it’s good for your hair, softens lips hardens nails, you start to feel good after your shower and you feel warm after, hot showers leave you feeling freezing after your shower because of being used to hot water. If you do your showers in the morning hot showers keep you tired whereas cold or lukewarm showers make you feel awake and ready for the day. You don’t have to follow this tip but if you want to make sure that your body is cleansed and hydrated following this advice you will see changes every time.
