Focus, should sound like foh Kuhs, just should emphasize the T on the end, and your should emphasize the O more, yoh ir not a lot but just more

"Focus" was mispronounced tho. It's "fō" like the sound "ow" and not "fo".

@@arimakishow9699 well that is in your opinion, but based on the people I know, they experienced strict interviewers who really "pinpoint" their mistakes on pronunciations which even ended up themselves being rejected.

It's hard working in a call center because we need to adjust our body clock, instead of sleeping during night time we need to go to work to support the needs of our families. There are some instances that we are having trouble sleeping during day time and that is one of the reasons why we encountered misleading information, however we are trying our best to provide quality service despite of the difficulties we are encountering.
