The survivors in the space station could have just used leather chairs to block the alien rather than go to all the effort and danger of trapping it and blasting it out. However if they were that smart to begin with then they would have only made air vents wide enough to circulate air instead of wide enough for a 7 foot tall creature to turn around in

You definitely modded the aliens vision! You reduced it to almost zero, there’s no way you got away with the stuff you pulled without doing that! Funny as though but don’t sell it as skill when it’s obvious you messed with the values in the files for the alien.
