Ok, the hair turned purple at the roots because it was applied to the roots first, they should be last. The hair is thinner there, so the toner was able to penetrate easier which is why it over toned and turned purple, but the rest of the hair, which is thicker and takes longer to process, turned platinum. This can be fixed with the clarifying shampoo :)

So I dunno what to think cuz I got a headband wig from them and the curls are cute and whaddddeva BUT the smell!!! OMG smell like straight up chemicals even after so many washes it’s still there! Very minimal shedding. I will say I didn’t like the placement of the tracks they were vertical and in one spot it ripped a little but looks very natural. I wanna try again but my coin is scared! 50/50 for me 🤷🏽‍♀️

THE REASON WHY IT SMELLS IS BECAUSE… IT’S EITHER CHEMICALS OR HARSH DETERGENTS THEY USE TO CLEAN THE HAIR. WASH IT IN CLEAR WATER AND IF THE WATER TURNS DIRTY IT’S CHEMICALS

Use a black brush for dying it gets all the strands pour the dye into the brush and at tip of the brush to get close to roots without touching the lace.

Thanks I've heard about wigs with smelly odors I've seen a few , but I've also seen some that even when you've cleaned them The odor stayed. Thanks for the heads up SIS I can't afford to lose that kind of money 🤑🧖🏽‍♀️
