Pretty good man. How did u get the audio without the solo guitar?
@StevoGuitar9 күн бұрын
Thanks, I use a program called ripx which unfortunately cant separate the guitars , so it takes them all out (to an extent). Then i have to play whichever part on top. I'm going to do a load more and build up a sort of library. You only live one by the strokes is next.....

@StevoGuitar9 күн бұрын
Sry velocitygrrl, i really should have made notes about this.🙄 Wasn't quite prepared for questions. All i can say is that i use a boss katana100 usually set fairly clean. i was using a digitech rp360 for any effects but i dont remember it being that difficult to find a reasonable tone. Sorry i cant be of more help. Stevo

I’ve never gotten to the bottom of this as to whether the verses are C Major to D Major or C Major to D minor. I only say it because in a live Jam Video Weller appears to play C Major to D minor in bar chords. On the D his barred index finger is covered by his next finger which means he can’t be playing a major chord. I could be wrong of course but that’s definitely what it looks like

Great, could you ever cover 'Reality' by Electronic? Johnny's Guitar there is amazing too.
@StevoGuitar3 ай бұрын
Actually i dont know it, but love Marr so will look into it.👍
@secondone17143 ай бұрын
@@StevoGuitar Electronic was what Johnny Marr did after The Smiths permanently, that is. Getting Away With It is also an Electronic Song, Johnny has just reworked it into a guitar song now but its original version from 1989 is very different. I think you should hear all of Electronic's albums if you haven't already, the guitar is never out and front and its a world away from the Smiths and not guitar faced, but songs like Reality, For You, Forbidden City, Out of My League, Haze and Vivid are all songs that involve more guitar. I hope you like them. P.S; Electronic was Johnny Marr and Bernard Sumner (New Order)
@StevoGuitar3 ай бұрын
@@secondone1714 I was aware that they had formed electronic along with the pet shop boys. But only knew that song, didnt realise they had an album. will have to look into that cos i also like that version/ style. Just love it being reworked as a more guitar oriented song tho'. Thanks for the info👍
@secondone17143 ай бұрын
@@StevoGuitar They actually had 3 albums! And they have around an album's worth of B-Sides too during their time together. No problem :) Also, Neil Tennant said that he'd hope for an Electronic reform or something some time ago, but I think Johnny is too into the Solo for it, and I don't even know what Bernard would do nowadays with his voice. The PSB were only there for 3 songs on the debut and a single in 1992. On their 2nd album they had Karl Bartos from Kraftwerk, and their 3rd album was just the 2 themselves (with a supporting basssist/drummer)
