Deficiency changed from 3.3.7 to 3.3.8 since NFPA 25, 2017 edition.

Ventless systems are concerning to me. If they aren't properly maintained through filter cleaning or if that fan power starts to wane, fire suppression wont perform as intended. Its on the owner to make sure this ventless hood stays clean and up to code. Reminds me of water wash hoods with fire mode. Customers did not maintain them as required.
