hello are the macarons halal?no gelatin no alcahol no glycerin

Hi! Macarons are made with egg whites and almond flour. The filling is made with ganache typically. We do use vanilla extract in our buttercream but in our ganache based macarons they would be considered halal.

aw thank you! Still getting the hang of this KZbin thing haha. Technically you can - they’re organic pressed florals! They really don’t taste like much!
