There is a doubt about tibial tunnel suture passage and sequence of tying . Suppor you have used two colours of fibre wire eg Blue and white , Q1- You shuttle same colured fibre wire from one tunnel eg Two threads of blue in one tunnel and two threads of white wire in other tunnel ? Or one wire of each colour in on tunnel ? Q2- At tibial end how do you tie ? Tie blue with white or how ?

Pass one blue in medial Tunnel and another blue in lateral tunnel. Similar with other pair of fibre wire. At the end, tie blue with blue, and tie white with white.

That Rope like thing and the hole you make in bone will always be in shoulder when doing slap lesion labrum tear surgery ?? Or it will regenerate tissue as before ? What I'm saying is that hole and that rope thing will be there in shoulder forever or will it dilute as time goes and tissue will regenerate at that place ?
