This looks great! I would suggest seasoning the tofu before wrapping it to add more flavor since tofu can be a bit bland

U can also look into HRT. It's very helpful. Do ur research and talk u ur Dr abt it. If ur PCP or GYN don't know anything abt it. Find someone who does. Menopause affects us on so many levels. Look into it. U do not have to suffer.

Honestly, the only way to be tip top is to grow your own food. This is a great recipe.. all im saying is that buying organic isn't an option for everyone. But even organic isn't organic. I saw a study that showed all fruits & veggies have 70 to 80% chemicals or additives in them. Growing your own is the best way to go. Unfortunately, I don't have any of these ingredients that I grew myself because we moved at the beginning of the year into a rental while we waited for our house. But the time we got here winter was hitting. I've felt like crap all year from buying fruits & vegetables from stores. I can't wait for spring 🥹 Bones: Everything in her bowl can be grown at home!

I tried that walnut creme, and omg, it's so good. I forgot to put berries in my pudding before I blended it, so I put them in the walnut creme, and YESSSS, I'm glad I did. It's amazing!!!

Worst form of b12 is cyanocobalamin, which is cheap and synthetic . Look for a supplement containing Methylcobalamin, Hydroxocoblalamin, or adenosylcobalamin . Other countries have banned cyanocobalamin. Also do not take folic which is synthetic derived from petroleum, instead look for folate which is natural . Folic and folate are not one and the same .Really enjoy your short videos

I made this hummus with the chili crisp. It was delicious. The chili crisp is super spicy hot 🌶 🔥. So, next time, I'll add a bit less on top of the hummus. I'll still add it because it's super flavorful, but the hummus doesn't need it. It is very tasty without the spice. I made this with your black bean burgers, though, and thought the burgers might need the extra flavor. The burgers didn't need extra flavor at all, though; they are very delicious alone. However, these 3 recipes compliment each other so well. I forgot the arugula 😢 as shown in your black bean burger video. It was a bit much to prep and cook all 3 recipes at once, and the arugula just got overlooked, sadly.😅 How could I forget the greens!? They probably would have helped balance the spice. Maybe? All in all, it was a very good and filling dinner! 😊❤ Thank you so much!

I bake my kale to make kale chips. After I wash it, I dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Then I salt it and bake it. You can vary the temperature from 300 to 325 degrees to how crispy you want it for 12 to 15 minutes.
