Sir we sold our plot for 17 lakhs , the buyer took signatures of us in an agreement where it mentioned that registeration will be done in 30 days but now 90 days is completed and the buyer want us to do registration to him , but the plot value increased hugely so we dont want to do registration, is there any problems that can be caused to us due to this issue

Please remember he is not in the United States. He is in India those laws do not apply in the United States of America however, you may be able to piece some case altogether to make a similar argument, but generally, if you don’t show up to court, your case gets thrown out or you just lose.

I have been seeing your social media postings keenly. it is very highlighting. I used to live in Bangalore but have an ancestral property in Kerala parted by my grand mother. I have a married sister who lives in Bangalore with her two children both married. after partition of our grand mother's property 1987, we 3 bequeathed it. that is my mother aged 79 now, myself (son) and sister. the taxes are still being paid where the 3 names are highlighted. my question is does my sister have a right over the property, since she was married before 1994 and if not, can her children claim the rights. All her official address is still maintained at Kerala address but living Bangalore. I now live with my mother who had built a house with her own resources, my father is no more alive.could you kindly clarify the situational rights under Kerala dayabhaga act or 6- of 09/09/2005.
