this whole olide door system has been a huge headache since day 1, we are 4 months in and i still can get it to automatically open the door through the app. They made it sound so easy to do when i spent hundreds of dollars for the door opener and all the time and effort to get it mounted, now i still cant get the damn thing to work, the videos describes the autoslide system, not the olide system. Junk dont waste your time

The RF learnig function doesn't work for RF. Control works fine with the door. The receiver is able to learn IR signals. I wish I bought it from AZN.😢😢

Because of the door frame and because of the recognizable dimensions of the door, it is obvious that there is a door there. You have to work harder for real hidden doors.

No, If you don't have it mounted on the door, a direct test motor is what will turn. You can try mounting it to the door.

I have six wires that come with the M227L I believe the diagram only needs black yellow red and one other color off the sensor. Is it white green or brown?

Got my opener working great with the remotes, but I need to set it up with the two push switches. I've connected them to the second and 4th pin on the right most terminal, i.e 0v and Access control, but they don't work. I don't need any kind of security, I just want the door to open from both sides with a single push of the hardwired switch. What could be wrong?

I finally figured it out. I had to set the dip switch to reverse operation. As I had it, when the door was closed, the logic thought it open. Hence the push button switch would not "open" the door. I reversed operation and now it works perfectly.

How did you get it to have no bouncing when it fully opens? Me and my friend have installed a DC7000 that bounces pretty hard once it's fully open. We measured the arm length how it says in the manual so idk what we're doing wrong and we also have the opening force set pretty low.

This did not work for me. Programmed remote to smart life app but doesn't open door. Only reason I bought sliding door opener was for WIFi control. Was a total waste of money.

Do you remove the strike on exterior applications as well? Seems like a good product but it's strange to me that there is no strike hardware integrated into the system to release the door when the call button is pushed.
