Hey, I'm a newbie to Olympus system(also a Nikon user), and I wanted to do a firmware update on my E-M1 MkII, but I get connection error every time. "Failed to communicate with the server.(80041022x). What am I doing wrong? Current firmware is 3.1 I tried both the updater and OM Workspace, and nothing works. Battery 100%, original cable. Laptop is HP Elite Book 840 16GB RAM i5 CPU and camera was connected via USB 3.0 Can anyone help?

Get the Olympus newest Pen camera, it look’s just like the Pen F and has all the features minus the viewfinder. It’s very sexy looking and stick the 20mm 1.7 on it and you have a pocket camera for less than Ricoh. Oh!!! But you can only order it out Japan.

Border town is far,far more dangerous than the interior of Mexico. Yes they are much heavier than olympus, I wouldn't want to carry my 35 equivalent 1.2 on any other format all day. And size makes a huge, huge difference if you want it in a small bag.

Ha earlier I was looking up the old Pen F film cameras and then this popped up and I see i commented 6 years ago. I went ahead and bought the digital Pen F. The AF is darn near unusable and the small low resolution EVF isn't all that great either. I do like the small size and the sensor is very good but I only shoot at 200 iso never going above that. This is my travel cam and I still own it.

Not a fan of reviews that are pre-production and largely just “I thinks”. But I do have and love this non-cool, unpopularity contest N,S,C line up. Kudos to the blue jay!

Pete McKinnon has a few videos about hobbies and burnout, kind of like what you are feeling. The only thing that got me out there was that car race and my kids dirtbike and the fog one day. I was really stressed last few months and didn't really pick up the camera much, my mind wasn't into it. Really neat lightroom search idea.
