excellent video except this was probably the worst possible music choice for a surf video

I like it, but the JS El Baron is much superior, specially when ridden short!

it's such a great board. i ride it with a twin plus trailer MR style set and it has become my favorite midlength. i wish they made a 6'6" for those tight windswell waves we get at my local break

As a Lincoln city resident, the things to do in Lincoln city last about a week, generously spaced out. After that, it’s wonder why you moved here and try to find somewhere cheaper to live, lmao.

I am 6' 2" at 230lbs. What length should I go for? 7' 6" or 7' 10" was what I was thinking. I am coming from a longboard.

I'd recommend trying a few different sizes before purchasing.

Yes I’m the same height as you a little heavier around 245! I was wondering the same thing as I’m coming down from a 9, 6 mctavishlongboard! The 7, 10 58L sounds the go! Only a couple litres more than the 7,8!

@lennyboel27616 ай бұрын
Good to know! Can you stil duck dive with this length?
@charleshawk66686 ай бұрын
@@lennyboel2761I can’t because of the high volume. The 7’6 has the length and volume, so I’ve been able to jet right out in between sets. Another thing I noticed is the 7’6 I have is easier to catch waves than a 7’10 FireWire vacay I had prior. I thought the m-23 would be harder. My wave count nearly tripled 😂
@urbanrunoff5 ай бұрын
@@lennyboel2761 i duck dive the 7'0" in walled up headhigh beachbreak no problem. because it is so foiled and pulled in (for a mid length) i'd be comforable duck diving he 7'6"

IT IS ILLEGAL TO RIDE MOTORIZED BIKES ON THE BEACHES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .QUIT ADVERTISING THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@safaritown8 ай бұрын
Thank you for your concern, but you are mistaken about our bikes. We know the laws regarding e-bikes and non motorized bikes. The bikes in this video are non motorized ( pedal powered ) fat bikes, not e-bikes. Non motorized bikes are in fact legal on our Oregon coast local beaches.

Could you loop this video for an hour, keep the natural oceanic sounds AND add some CHILLSTEP music to it?? It would be AMAZEBALLS!!!!!

Snowboarding is easier. The snow isn't moving. Surfing takes incredible balance to get up, and strength, but once you are up, then it is kind of like snowboarding. But the paddling and selecting the wave, getting in the takeoff spot and timing the popup are nothing like other sports.

@oregonxyz Agreed 🫡 I would love to live closer to the ocean so I could get some day to day practice time in.... Again I really do appreciate the beautie of watching the surfers go at it.😁💯💛
