A quick question re. annual earning while submitting ROI-190 in VIC. My total annual income is $73112 (37.35 per hr, total-38pw) full time worker including superannuation and before income tax deduction. Now do I separately calculate my income excluding superannuation and before income tax eduction? Or Can I use base salary ($73112) as my estimated annual earnings? Thanks again :)

It's quite hard to get a positive skill assessment in ICT if you don't have a degree from an Australian education provider even if you work in Australia and paid above the TSMIT threshold. Hopefully this will be amended with the new skills in demand visa.

For the 491 (onshore), you do not have to be working in the nominated occupation, but must be working in skilled employment it says. What do you think this SKILLED EMPLOYMENT means? I cold not find the definition of this. Thank you.

How about 35 yr age limit exemption on onshore stusents,my university just asked for 19700 fees,i paid but honestly i wanted to quit these guys are ruthless to us, considering that my partner on a pr visa only pays 4000,and im charged that amount and im told to leave after i graduate

Informative Video. I have a small clarification, I hope to apply through priority occupation stream. In the NT portal, there is no option to select in which stream we are going to apply (Priority or Family or Job Offer). When we go move forward by filling online application, in the living in the NT section, it is asked that has an eligible family member living in NT. If we select No, we can't process the application further saying "You do not appear to meet the NT nomination criteria for offshore applicants." Does it mean that can't we apply even through Priority Steam if we don't have a family member living in NT?

Victoria also bans post pre-invitation EOI changes, same as NSW did last time. People should keep that in mind.

@ChannelAMEC ya i think it is little bit easier to finding employer sponsor for chef because many jobs are there like many restaurants cafe pop am i right sir? What you say? Compared to other occupation to find employer other are little bit harder to find employer but in chef i have seen many sponcer visa grant in this situation where chef are not much priority nowadays.
