The fact that trapdoors have new items is why when you are going to the ascension route you use items that create them on the treasure or the boss room, its extra items for not a lot of work

hey pipton, i STRONGLY suggest you reconsider your opinion on lump of coal, especially for greed/ier. the really big rooms+giant boss room can allow lump of coal to effectively double your damage, at max effective range.

Man is sleeping on sharp straw, 10% of enemy hp including boss hp +your dmg on a recharging active is nasty

I love Flat Stone. I don't see any downside to it. I like anything that changes playstyle or tear effects 😋 When they bounce, they deal a quarter of Isaac's damage to nearby enemies. That's the whole point of the item 🪨💦

Buttbombs can only appear once per continuous pressing of the button, if you stop pressing or you take damage it resets. Also did you know that taking that technically Chaos on average doesnt make you find more higher tier items than without it? But it does make all of them much more fun

If a red chest would teleport you to your deal, the chest would show as empty for guppy's eye

so basically, beast gives you an exclusive item, dogma, which gives flight, 1dmg up and a one time use holy mantle, and if youre not at 6 health or more, it heals you and gives you soul hearts for 6 hearts

If you are at full red hearts and you sleep at a bed, you get 3 free soul hearts.

When you go into the Beast the game sets you to 6 health if you're under.

My fav planetarium item is probably Uranus, its just fun seeing enemies exploding into shards. And you unlocked the most fun challenge ever! Truly! 100% wont get just farts the whole run or exploded out of nowhere!

In the same floor you had bloodbag, you also had a hemostasis pill, you could have spent all your red hearts on the arcade blood machine then used the pill and gotten more hearts which means you may actually have missed 2 bloodbags

If you didn't have holy mantle, you might have gotten into a death loop there at 24:21 . Unsure if dying in the curse room there would have sent you back to the devil deal, but if so you would have tried to exit, died, got sent back to devil, exit to curse room, died, repeat. The fact heart damage doubles starting from the womb means 9 lives is really easy to catch you in loops like that.

If youve already spawned a deal on a given floor such as via sac rooms or red chests, it is worthwhile to take red heart damage so your deal doesnt generate in order to increase deal chance for the next floor

Pipe you should have used Mr. Me to open challenge rooms and other room, when you had free rooms/free energy to get more items/resources.
