I remember the heat. It was a solid show too.

Maybe the most overlooked and underrated show from May 77'. Its my all-time favorite. Followed closely by Alpine Valley 89' and Deer Creek 90'

And still i just heard anothe best Big River ever

It would have been nice to have a set list. Still, this is one of my favorite eras, where Jerry's cigarette habit gave his voice a growl, made some songs better, others we had to kinda fill in the blanks.

FYI, Jerry was clean-shaven at this show (and from late-'73 through late-summer '74). One of my all-time favorite runs.
