hi, thank you for your question!!! 😊 when I was doing this routine a year ago, I was a beginner and to be honest, didn’t have a solid split. But it was near this: mon: legs tues: arms & shoulders wed: legs thurs: back / cardio fri: legs sat: abdominal focus sun: rest + this core routine everyday after each workout I hit legs a lot because it was all I knew (haha), but now I have a completely new routine and focus. this split was muscle building, my new one is toning. (All a process!!) Hope this helps 🩷. This split isn’t professional at all, but worked for my body, if anything it’s only a beginner start and I think for beginners it helps :)

hi! Ty for ur question :) not the best if you ask me lol but I try! Breakfast is rough for me but I try to get a probiotic yogurt drink in when I can for gut health, lunches I eat whatever I want! I stray away from soda and chips though. Dinner, I usually try to eat a salad after what I ate. I drink juices like cranberry, grape, etc. I drink water when I can, but I’ll be honest it isn’t often! I’m learning how to eat better as well. While I was doing this routine a year ago, my goal wasn’t losing weight but rather putting it into muscle, therefore I ate how I usually did just healthier ways (like cutting out unnecessary sugar and eating greens) I hope that helps a bit :)

So when you put on the hair mask you have to put it on the hair ends bc if you put it on your skalp it woud make your hair oliy

@@marijabegic1978 a hair mask is meant to go through all through ur hair so u can put it everywhere

a lot of hair masks suggest to start at the middle length and then go down to your ends, with remaining product you go back to the top and apply it there :) I usually add it everywhere and had amazing results!

hii <3 Florence has a toner meant for combination skin, you can find it in Ulta. Florence also has moisturizer great for all skin types (I use the toner & moisturizer) as for real makeup, I suggest using cream products like cream blush etc. it’s easy to use and not heavy for oily or dry skin 💗
