Owner investment it means you add to the capital so the owners' equity increases, however the withdrawal when owners take cash from the company so their rights in the company will decrease thus the owners equity decreases!

Thank you! 5,6,10 are in previous comments. For question 9 you deduct the damaged goods and then you deduct 2% of the remaining amount representing the discount

Thanks teacher I understand question 9 but I don't understand question 5 while question 10 I think that the result is $16000 because I deducted all expenses like cost of goods sold, operating expenses and loss on the sale of equipment 60000- 30000- 12000- 2000=16000

What I did was to divide 9% by 12 then multiplied it by 4.then multiplied it with 10000/4 so 2500 multiplied by 3%

May I ask if how come the t stat is greater than t-crit knowing its negative -3 something? The rules says reject the null hypothesis if the t stat is larger than the value of t crit.

you have to compare it to the absolute value 3>1.6 If the absolute value of your t score is greater than the t critical value, you reject the null hypothesis. This means your sample provides enough evidence to say there is a significant difference.
