I see two-week sprints and 10 hours of meetings just as overhead to prepare the next sprint. Not very efficient, lol...

Excellent explanation of differences. After unsuccessfully reading 5 articles online to learn the differences, your video explained them perfectly in just a few sentences.,

I do have to point out at 1:35 the question on the quiz says "Choose ONE Answer" - yet the correct answer is made up of 3 choices.

Too slow, broken communication, tempo needs to be paced like a real meeting. You said it was a Real Meeting? It is/was not?

Sometimes we do include some stories unrelated with the sprint goals. This basically happens if there are some left out stories from the previous sprints which could not be taken up due to capacity constraints or returned. Does it not violates the principle of scrum which says all stories should and must match with the sprint goal?

Nicely explained. Thanks a lot for this useful content. One question, effort estimation is included in Backlog grooming meeting but it has to happen in Spring planning meeting, isn't it? Also agree that it's up to the team on whichever they are comfortable with.

Hi - Thanks for video. I have question, how to keep dedicated tester (who is member of team) busy first few days or a week of sprint, in real world, it will be a challenge to deploy code for ready to test in first few days or a week. What they do during that time. Similarly how business Analyst can be busy throughout sprint. Hope I’m asking valid questions here.
