yeah the whistle on 475 and 89 are great. But its not a b and o 6 chime. Its merely a replica built for backup at strasburg.

Awesome video, the reason why they were switched out is because they can only run for between 30 to 31 days and then be put down for a 30 to 31 day boiler wash. Basically 89 ran her 31 days and now 475 can run. although 475 won’t use up all her days this month. But why you may be asking? It’s because since Strasburg is only gonna be open all of next week. After this coming weekend, they’re gonna be closed for two weeks and then open again on the Friday of the third week to see what I mean you would have to check their site.
