Like multiple cakes put together, it lessens the risk of malfunction from the traditional solid one cake/one fuse version

@@importtuner1150 yeah I think they started moving to compound so they can sell them as “pro line” products to the avg consumer legally. The salutes still sure as hell aren’t but the only difference I notice is that the compounds are just a notch slower then the old version

That's the price here in Hawaii 😢 I assume it's because there's a ban on aerials, the shipment comes via boat, and I don't have an inside source that could sell it to me cheaper 😅
