I have not watched one tutorial that has explained how to do a individual mix. lets say the vocalists on channel 12 walks over to the P16 and wants to adjust what she's hearing in her earbud. Maybe she wants to hear more Keyboard and Piano, How does she do that????

please, I want to ask. if i have a personal monitor mixer p16 and i have an analog mixer but i do not have a direct out . So what should I do ? to change from insert to direct out.

Hello...I am using the P-16 and find it pretty good. The one exception is for my electric guitar. I am using a Gretsch Double Jet through a limited edition Hot Rod Deluxe miked off stage and the sound coming through the P16 is very poor. It seems to be having trouble processing overdrive sensitivities similar to a very cheap amp. Before we went to the in-ear system, the same set up with floor monitors was excellent. The other main guitarist was saying the same thing. We wanted to go back to the original set up but the church wants to continue with the P16s. An in depth tutorial for electric guitar would be very helpful. Thanks.

Great explanation of the P16 functions . Wow you do a lot with this mixer . Only thing you didn’t cover was the group . I know you said you don’t use it , but that’s what I was waiting for . Thanks for the video.
