Fellas, get a woman that looks at you like Laura does at her husband! Thanks for the spotlight on a local producer. Local honey doesn't just support a local family and the area economy, it also has a lot of health benefits, such as help with allergies, over the blends you buy in the store

Been propagating fungi since the 70's... Did note you are substrate propagating, not using liquid cultures. Could really increase your cycles & expand the substrate usage by using liquid techniques... just a thought.

What a wonderful process and product. I am immunocompromised from multiple blood cancers as well as the chemo to treat them, and my oncologist strongly recommends both tumeric and ginger. Kevin's ginger sounds delicious, plus I would not have to deal with the tough skin with which ginger is usually sold.
