Been propagating fungi since the 70's... Did note you are substrate propagating, not using liquid cultures. Could really increase your cycles & expand the substrate usage by using liquid techniques... just a thought.

What a wonderful process and product. I am immunocompromised from multiple blood cancers as well as the chemo to treat them, and my oncologist strongly recommends both tumeric and ginger. Kevin's ginger sounds delicious, plus I would not have to deal with the tough skin with which ginger is usually sold.
