At first thank you for the comment.... Actually I think they don't allow 1 year old baby... but I don't really know.. But i tell u that the weather on very cold like it is in minus degrees, which babies can feel uncomfortable. . But it would be better if you go to counter n enquire simply... if they allow... then u can go.. but for babies you will have to take things to put on their ears
