The 3rd instrument, that Jon plays, is a mandolin shaped like a mini guitar.

A Barkebåt is small boat whittled of the bark of a tree, like a pine. You put on a sail, often a leaf, or as in the song, a feather. Then you and your friends have a race to see who has the fastest boat.

Let's hope your librarian gets into the great fun of the mighty uke--certainly with your book and his new uke, he's got all the right tools!

Fader Jacob...same international song of "Freres Jacques" and "Brother John"--but leave it to Norwegian ukesters to pay tribute to a sleeping father, hahahaha! Seriously, nice job and the "round" came out perfectly!

Hey...that guy's got a very good voice, but what REALLY impresses me is how the heck one is able to play the uke so well with a CAST on the left hand...amazing!

Veldig nytting. Å lære elevene strumming og å holde takten et minimum for å kunne spille sammen. Flott med konkretisering når en skal lære forskjell på dur og moll.
