I render it, and put it in a jar directly and it’s usually great. But you have to make sure you’re only rendering the white fat, not pieces with the meat attached. The meat attached is what will spoil it quickly.

Mine like cantaloupe and watermelon, if you haven’t tried that with your quail. I have Bob White quail also and I have the pearl fee . I love the pearl fee they look like snow birds .lol

I live in a medium size apt complex in Florida. A mom had 15!!! eggs hatched but we lost 9 babies in that first couple weeks. We are now down to 6 siblings and triplets that are about a month older. we have 6 apartments that feed the ducks and take care of them. They are just too cute. I am trying to see if I can get better food for them, I don't want to feed them the no nos

Aww I love that your apartments help care for them ! You can go to tractor supply or feed stores and get duck feed. You can also feed them grapes,peas, sweet corn, bananas, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, wheat berries, and oats.

That's why soil should be replenished every growing season with organic matter , bone meal , blood meal , hen manure , comopost ,balancing these ingredients to have a balanced npk is key to soil biome , even after a season of using it your still committed to add organic ingredients I've mentioned, within 2-3 months plants will thrive.

I saw in your recent video that people talked trash about your broody hens being all “cooped” in a small space. They clearly dont have chickens. You can have the best possible environment for nesting and brooding with plenty of room and they will all wait in line for THE one nest box. Thats if the hen doesn’t just climb on top of the other hen ! They care not for the biggest and bestest we had a hen decide she wanted to nest in our old broken down tractor Ive also seen them drink from a dirty puddle instead of their clear beautiful water trough. They don’t care they’re birds! 😂 your chickens are beautiful!!

We have over 15 Nesting boxes, and 6 separate coop/buildings set up for the birds. They choose to sit in one of the smallest ones together.
