I am on my second pair. The first ones for newborns has a couple issues, but it's a learning curve for me. These are the next size up.

I have not made these but have made the cools shirt for my grandsons. You are marvelous with the instructions. I was so amazed that I actually made such a quality button up. I am encouraged to make these as well!

For me, I’m not finding this to be a simple skirt. The gathering is difficult. Maybe I should take out my machine basting and hand baste 1/4 sections of the skirt.

I hope 1 yard for size 5-6 is enough of each fabric!

I also do a longer stitch length for top stitching and use a hump jumper for really thick areas. I am loving this series on sewing your dungarees.
