Thanks for killing the music early enough that it didn't ruin the far superior engine sound!

Best part of the video is the video itself. Close second best is at 1:12 when the obnoxious nose-bleed music ends.

Love that airplane! Colors remind me of the old Edge you used to fly.

I love it. That thing climbs! It also rolls incredibly fast for that size biplane. Beautiful aircraft and a good pilot. Landed a little fast though.

Is the front seat covered or is that a single seat? I didn’t know there was a single seat variant of this airplane.
@tim21634 жыл бұрын
This one is a 2 seater with the 1 seater canopy, so the front cockpit is covered. Many aerobatic aircraft have this as an option incl Extras etc. Kimball make a single seater, the 12S which is not available as a kit, just as a finished factory ac.

Dude, I saw your show, I happened to be visiting my friend who lives on the golf course south of the field. Best Model 12 flying I have seen beside Skip Stewart, LOL! He is my best bud. I built and fly the 18th Model 12 built, (Red/yellow/black ). You can see Skip flying it on video . I would like to talk to you about your sighting device and your rudder! Great show!!!! Torque roll was amazing!

pitts never really had the appeal of nice robust well rounded aircraft, it has always been way too plastic, I personally only clicked for the best general aviation engine out there - M-14!

Any one else notice the canopy flexes under + Gs quite a bit. That would concern me. Seems it could use a little supporting strip along the wind screen where the canopy meets it.
