All this people are not telling us the truth, where is the 40% peculiar allowance, 25/35% salary review as well as 35000 wage award plus all other numerous arrears? This is same kuje area council that teachers are on the same level over six years without promotion nor upgrading, Please they should fear God and always said correctly the way the situation is, implementation of promotion and annual increment has not been consistent. They should reduce their flamboyant style of leaving and work for the people that voted them.
